Jarosław Bator joined Skanska in May 2016. As the business development director he is responsible for business operations and the company’s development.

Jarosław has over 15 years’ broad experience in real estate and consulting, being involved extensively in commercial, restructuring and business development activities as: a senior manager of EY Real Estate Services Group and managing director and board member of Polish State Railways.

He holds degrees from Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies of Sheffield Hallam University as well as Warsaw University of Technology in the area of valuation of properties. He holds a title of Polish Certified RE Valuer and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
