Jadwiga Lesisz has over 20 years of professional experience, including extensive practice in the SME sector where she created and organized business processes. In 2012-2016 she worked at PKO Bank Polski S.A. where she managed real estate, supervised negotiation processes, and conducted business control in the area of bank branch network optimization. In 2016-2017 she was director of the Project Management Department and a member of the Audit Committee of the Ministry of Development. She was responsible for the implementation of project management methodology and culture, and for the monitoring and coordination of key projects.
She graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics with a degree in international relations - foreign trade. She also completed postgraduate studies in Property Management at Wroclaw University of Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration programme at Wroclaw School of Banking partnering Franklin University USA. In 2017 she was appointed deputy president of PARP.
